I love technology and don't know what I would do without it. I am always attached to my iPod and my phone. I like having music to fill the silence and to listen to when I am bored. It gives me inspiration for my own songs/writing and actually makes it easier for me to do work. Music is my life and my iPod helps connect me to that music. I also almost always have my phone. I mostly use it to stay in touch with my friends by texting, but it also allows my parents to trust me to be safe when I am out on my own or with friends.
I also love using the computer. It is very helpful to use for school. But I mostly use the computer to talk to friends. The internet helps me connect with people I have not spoken to in a while or who I do not see every day. It lets me stay in touch with them and get a feel for what is going on in their lives. I think I would put iPhones in the same category as fire and electricity. The iPhone can do just about EVERYTHING and continues to help make this world a little smaller.
The last two weeks have been a mixture of excitement and stress. This past Tuesday we inaugurated our 44th president of the United States, Barack Hussein Obama. And he is black. I think this is an amazing cultural leap for America and I am so excited to be through with the government of the past eight years. I am looking forward to seeing all the new and impressive changes Obama will bring to our country.
Its been really stressful because I have been frantically trying to finish a science fair project which i finally got done.
Cheerio!

Yay Obama! I would argue that the ipod (generic) should be put into the amazing invention catagory because it is the base of all ipod technology.
Leave it to you to write so much about technology, Riela. :D
U got ur science fair over withh thou :D
I agree with u about the internet..
Oh shush angela...you know me and technology! we're inseparable!
I agree with you, but don't forget spoons ;D What would we do without the ability to scoop our food!?
I agree with pretty much everything in your post, right down to the comments about Obama. I could not live without internet access, my iPod, and my cell phone. It's terrible, really.
